DARK KNOWLEDGE, the cover

My paranormal, psychological thriller DARK KNOWLEDGE is still three months away from publication, but the good folks over at Lyrical Press shared the cover with me. I love it. LOVE IT! Here it is.

Here's a short summary of DARK KNOWLEDGE:
When good and evil intertwine, taking one means accepting the other. A mentally challenged man can't resist a gift of knowledge, but it comes with a dark destiny. Now he must fight to survive, piece together his heritage, and weigh the value of his soul against the fate of mankind.

And here's the release date: October 19, 2009. It'll be here before you know it.

Discounts, discounts everywhere

My publisher has STRUCK (and all other books) at a deep discount right now. This is a conference special made available to online shoppers in advance. Great book deals, great shipping rates, and a great way to support a small press. CLICK HERE to see the STRUCK price, but shop around and pick up other great deals.

Amazon has kept STRUCK at a good discount so far. The deal changes from time to time, but if you're an Amazon shopper, here's the Amazon link.

For my Candian friends, STRUCK was 28% off the last time I checked, selling at CDN $16.85 at Amazon.ca.

And Barnes & Noble has it at a nice discount too. Check it B&N here.

How's that for options? And if you need any more encouragement to buy a copy, just see for yourself how riveting STRUCK is.

Thanks to my multi-talented friend Judy Avila for this cartoon. I love it.

STRUCK Review, Echo Magazine

[STRUCK] is a highly original novel that defies description as one particular genre, including paranormal events, gay romance, science fiction, coming of age, Native American customs and spirituality, with extreme psychological twists. The characterizations are realistic and well-written, and the story draws in the reader with outstanding suspense and plot development.

I have such nice friends

My good friends Jon and Jayson posted this photo on Facebook. It's the first official report of a copy of STRUCK being delivered anywhere. The best part: They started reading and love it so far.

I have such nice friends.

And I'm so excited to finally be read.

This actually caps off a highly memorable day of friends emailing, calling, and even sending cards of congratulation. A close friend had us over to dinner tonight. Others are meeting in joyful support this weekend.

I have such nice friends!
